Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for services is carried out monthly, within 10 working days after the signing of the Act on the services rendered, on the basis of the invoice received by the Customer, issued by the Contractor.
Delivery terms:The work is being done on schedule. The work schedule is regulated depending on the season and the type of premises.

Quotations can be improved before the RFQ is completed.
Upon completion of the request for proposals, the Supplier uploads a scan of the final commercial proposal, within one hour. When submitting a new improved proposal, it is not necessary to upload a commercial proposal scan each time.

Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil obligations.
CJSC "ERKAFARM" does not bear any obligations to conclude any agreements with the organizations that sent the above package of documents.
A potential counterparty providing a qualification package of documents in accordance with this notice is responsible for paying any costs for preparing the package of documents.
