Comments:
1. For the calculation of the proposals the participants will be provided the scripts for all the services that you want the Call-center services:
Appendix №1 - Sample script for the service of customer service;
Appendix №2 - Sample script for service delivery
Appendix № 3 - Sample script procurement service.
2. Script Samples are available after signing a nondisclosure NDA. NDA is attached to the documentation.
The agreement NDA with the seal should be sent to: Ekaterina.Bunina@burgerking.ru no later than 7 calendar days before the deadline for submission of applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
