Payment terms:Payment of the Remuneration is made by the Sublicensee in full on the basis of the invoice issued by the Licensee, within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance and Transfer Act.
If the Licensee is a small and medium-sized business entity:
Payment of the Remuneration is made by the Sublicensee in full on the basis of the invoice issued by the Licensee within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance and Transfer Act.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
