Обоснование: 1. Признать закупку несостоявшейся на основании п.5.14 Документации о закупке (п 9.3.1. (1) Положения об осуществлении закупочной деятельности АО «НСИС»).
2. На основании п. (1) 9.3.2. Положения об осуществлении закупочной деятельности с заключить договор с участником закупки с идентификационным номером 1 АО «Инфосистемы Джет» (ИНН 7729058675) на условиях в соответствии с документацией о закупке, с ценой договора не более 10 500 000 (Десять миллионов пятьсот тысяч) рублей 00 копеек, НДС не обл.
3. Секретарю комиссии по закупкам включить в уведомление победителя закупки запрос возможного снижения цены.
