Auto-extension

Payment terms:Оплата работ осуществляется Заказчиком после подписания сторонами Акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ, на основании выставленного Исполнителем Счета-фактуры. Счет-фактура на оплату должен быть выставлен Исполнителем не позднее 5 (пяти) календарных дней со дня подписания Акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ.
Расчет производится в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней после подписания Акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ (далее Акт), на основании надлежащим образом оформленного Акта и счета-фактуры, выставленного и оформленного Подрядчиком в соответствии с требованиями законодательства о налогах и сборах, действующими на момент исполнения обязательств по договору.
