Payment terms:
При осуществлении авансовых платежей Покупатель обязан осуществить оплату выставленного Поставщиком счета в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней после его выставления. Поставщик обязан выставить счет-фактуру, оформленную в соответствии с требованиями законодательства РФ, в срок не позднее 5 (пяти) календарных дней с момента поступления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика. Если иное не установлено Приложением к Договору, оплата осуществляется Покупателем на условиях 100% предварительной оплаты на основании Заявки на топливо. Счет-фактура должна быть выставлена Поставщиком не позднее 5 (пяти) календарных дней с момента отгрузки Товара.
