Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension with settings
If within the last 30 minutes before bid submission deadline the best rank changes, bid submission deadline in the call for bids will be automatically extended by 30 minutes from the time when the latest bid was submitted.

Payment terms:A prerequisite is the required payment types (no worse) by subholdings in accordance with the Requirements Specification: 1. Payment in a single payment, with a deferred payment of at least 20 working days from the date of signing the certificates / invoices.
2. Installment payment, payment in two installments. The first payment (50% of the total cost) with a delay of at least 20 working days from the date of signing the certificates / invoices. The second payment (50% of the total cost) with a delay of at least 60 working days from the date of signing the certificates /invoices.
