Auto-extension

Payment terms:Prices must be indicated in rubles incl. VAT 18% and transportation costs for the delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse. Fixed price cannot be changed during the term of the agreement. Form of payment is cashless payments (transfer to the bank account of the supplier); terms of payment-100% payment within 30 business days after delivery of goods to the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Goods shall be delivered by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. The price includes all costs of packaging and delivery to the address of the customer. Delivery date is the date of transfer of the goods to the buyer at the time of signing the delivery notice (TORG -12) in stock. Term of delivery: 30 working days from the moment of signing the contract. Warranty liabilities and the warranty period in accordance with the regulations of the manufacturer.
