10. Purpose of request for proposals:
Purchase of children's Christmas gifts for the kids employees.
11. The basic requirements to the production:
11.1. Product Requirements:
11.1.1. The minimum number of children's Christmas sets-750 PCs.
11.1.2. The weight of one gift set should be 1000 gr.
11.1.3. Initial (maximum) purchase price-400 000 rubles.
11.1.4. Products in the new Year's sets should correspond to the current Gostam and Tu for this type of goods.
11.1.5. The products (New Year sets) should be presented with a certificate/Declaration of conformity.
11.1.6. The residual shelf life of products at the time of transfer to the buyer must be at least 3 months.
11.1.7. New Year sets are packing in corrugated boxes for convenience of transportation.
11.1.8. Conditions of acceptance and replacement of goods of improper quality:
11.1.8.1. Acceptance of goods on quality is carried out by the buyer unilaterally within 5 working days. If the goods are found to be of improper quality, they shall be replaced within 3 days from the date of submission of the claim in writing.
11.2. wishes to the goods:
11.2.1. The composition of the gift set-mandatory composition, according to annex № 1, additional composition-the choice of the seller, no more than three options of packaging to choose from.
11.2.2. Priority is given to the contents of the gift set, compliance with the mandatory composition, assortment and quality of sweets, lower cost.
11.2.3. It is allowed to replace no more than 5 names of candies of obligatory composition provided that the manufacturer of confectionery products in the same category of sweets is preserved.
11.2.4. Investments without age restrictions and worthy packing with elements of branding are welcome.
11.3. Terms of delivery:
11.3.1. Delivery of New Year sets is carried out by the seller within the terms established by the contract.
11.3.2. Delivery time: To 10.12.2017 G.
12. Requirements to the seller:
12.1. The participant of the procurement procedure must comply with the requirements in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation to persons supplying goods, performance of works, provision of services that are the subject of procurement.
12.2. The participant of procurement procedures should be absent information in the registers of unscrupulous suppliers, which are conducted in accordance with the federal law of 05.04.2013 № 44-FZ "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to ensure State and municipal needs ", federal law of 18.07.2013 № 223-FZ" on procurement of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities ".
12.3. Availability of all established statutory documents and their provision on request.

14. Requirements to the commercial offer and its registration:
14.1. The commercial offer must be issued on the letterhead of the organization, signed and stamped by the manager, must contain the date and number in accordance with the rules adopted by the participant documents.
14.2. The commercial offer should contain the requisites of the Organization (Tin, PPC, Legal/fact. Address, contacts).
14.3. The price of the offer is specified without VAT (with VAT). The composition of the gift is made by appendix 1 to the commercial offer, the package is made by Appendix 2 to the commercial offer in JPEG format. Annexes 1 and 2 are integral parts of the commercial offer.
