Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment shall be made in a cashless form by money transfer to RFQ winner's settlement account. Calculations under the contract between the customer and the winner of the open request for quotations in electronic form are made in the order established by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation "on rules for the transfer of funds" from 19.06.2012 G. № 383-P.
The customer pays for the goods within 10 (ten) working days after the parties sign the consignment notes, the acceptance certificate, in the presence of the invoice on the basis of the winner's account of the open request for quotations in electronic form.

The generated debris after the assembly of the goods must be taken out by the forces and at the expense of the winner of the open request of quotations in electronic form within 3 working days after the assembly.
The driver, collectors, forwarders and takelazhnikiers must have Russian citizenship.
The cost of delivery, rise to floors, discharges by premises, assembling and installation of furniture in place is included in the contract price.
The winner of the open request for quotations in electronic form is obliged to deliver the goods, the quality of which corresponds to the requirements, within the deadlines provided by the documentation.
The winner of the open request for quotations in electronic form simultaneously with the goods transmits documents confirming the quality, originality of the goods and its compliance with the requirements of documentation, including copies of certificates of conformity on Each name of the goods offered for delivery.
