Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The refund to the Buyer of the excessively transferred funds or an additional payment to the Supplier for the delivered Goods is made within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant request from the Buyer/Supplier
