Payment terms:1.Prices must be indicated taking into account transportation costs to the buyer's warehouse
2. Priority payment option: 100% payment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse. Other payment options are being considered, the assessment of which will be given in conjunction with other delivery terms (total cost, terms, etc.)
3. In case the Supplier refuses to fulfill obligations under the concluded Contract, the Supplier is obliged to pay the Buyer a penalty in the amount of 20% of the contract value.
Delivery terms:1. The delivery time of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse is up to 10 calendar days after signing the specification
2. Replacement with equivalent is not allowed
3. The validity period of the Commercial Proposal is at least 30 calendar days
