Payment terms:Advance payment in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) of the total cost of Work under the Contract. The advance payment paid is set off proportionally in the corresponding stage of Work.
The final calculation for each stage within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date signed by the authorized representatives of the Parties by the Act of acceptance of the completed Works.
In case of advance payments, advance payments are secured by an unconditional irrevocable bank guarantee issued by a bank from the TOP 20.
Bank Guarantee requirements:
The Bank guarantee must be unconditional, irrevocable and enforceable at the first request of the Beneficiary.
The bank guarantee must comply with Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees (URDG 758).
The bank guarantee must be provided using the following SWIFT code: MBRDRUMM
The bank guarantee must be issued by one of the following banks in the Annex with the prior approval of the Beneficiary.
The list of banks according to Appendix No. 9 to the Notification.
