Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

This purchase is carried out in two stages in order to determine the most effective option to meet the needs of the Customer by receiving and considering at the first stage the preliminary proposals of the Participants in relation to the supplied equipment, followed by the formation of final requirements for the equipment and the terms of the Contract, on the basis of which the second stage of the purchase is carried out.
