This procurement is carried out in two stages to determine the most effective option to meet the needs of the Customer through receipt and consideration at the first stage of preliminary proposals of the Parties with respect to the equipment supplied, followed by the formation of the final requirements for equipment and the terms of the Agreement, on the basis of which the second stage of procurement is carried out.
