Quotations can be improved before the RFQ is completed.
Upon completion of the request for proposals, the Supplier uploads a scan of the final commercial proposal within one hour. When submitting a new improved proposal, it is not necessary to upload a commercial proposal scan each time.

A potential counterparty providing a qualifying package of documents in accordance with this notice is responsible for paying any costs for preparing the package of documents.
