Payment terms:Deferred payment within 60 days from the date of receipt of the consignment at the Buyer's warehouse. Under the party refers to the quantity of goods for one application.
Delivery terms:Delivery of goods shall be carried out by the supplier at the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery cost shall be included in the cost of products. Delivery date is the date of transfer of the batch of goods to the buyer at the time of signing the call tag (Torg-12) at the warehouse of the buyer. The declared volume is indicative and assumes a delivery time within 2019. The volume of the application may vary by no more than 10-20%, both up and down. The declared volume will be selected by applications, after receiving the application from the Customer, the Supplier is obliged to deliver the required goods within 20 calendar days.
