Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 10 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD, subject to timely submission of the invoice
For this Call for Bidding, there is support for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). If the difference between the best offer and the offer of the SME entity is not more than 10%, then the SME entity is determined as the winner
Delivery terms:From the date of conclusion of the agreement (no later than 11/01/2025) to 12/31/2026
