7. Requirement to the contractor:
7.1 Repair of the front end with replacement of the end column and the right
walls. CGE Section 8 Furnace No. 6 inv.No.5673 are made from Customer materials.
7.2 Working in the conditions of an operating enterprise. The operating mode of the enterprise is round the clock

8. Payment terms: monthly, within 30 (thirty) banking days after the delivery

3. a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the instruction log;
4. POR or PPR or RTI;
5. a copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection;
6. copies of certificates of certification of ITR for labor protection and general requirements

The Contractor notifies the Customer about the fulfillment of all the specified conditions in writing
the form with the attachment of all supporting documents. Non-fulfillment of conditions
this paragraph by the Contractor gives the right to the Customer not to allow the Contractor to
the execution of works, the delay in the execution of works in this case is the fault

14. Note:
- Delivery of the material from the warehouses of JSC "EPM-NEZ" to the place of work, garbage removal (not slagged refractory bricks, graphite, scrap metal, etc.) to the storage sites located on the territory of JSC "EPM-NEZ" is carried out by the Contractor's transport.
- Garbage removal of all categories to landfills for receiving industrial waste located outside the territory of JSC "EPM-NEZ" (garbage removal at a distance of 7km to 30km.) is carried out by transport provided by the Customer, upon prior request of the Contractor.
- Waste disposal costs of all categories, at landfills receiving industrial
waste located outside the territory of JSC "EPM-NEZ" is carried out at the expense of the Customer.
- Overhead cranes for work on furnaces are provided by the Customer, the driver
