The payment for the Equipment is carried out by the Buyer not earlier than 30 (thirty) and not later than 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of final acceptance of the Equipment by the Buyer (Consignee) in accordance with the invoice received from the Supplier for payment, consignment note / UPD and invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the current Russian legislation. In case of rendering services/carrying out works related to installation supervision, commissioning, etc., payments for services rendered /work performed are carried out by the Buyer in the following order:
100% of the cost of services / works no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the Act of delivery and acceptance of services rendered / works performed.
In case of advance payment, a mandatory condition is to provide a bank guarantee of repayment of the advance payment for a period exceeding 60 days from the date of delivery of the equipment. This condition must be confirmed in the Technical and Commercial Proposal provided. |
