Payment terms:
payment for the delivered goods is made in cashless form by payment order by transfer by the customer of funds to the account of the supplier within 5 (five) working days after the signing of documents on acceptance of goods by the parties. The day of payment under the contract is the date of debiting the customer's account.
Delivery terms:
not earlier than 09.01. 2019, and no later than 25.01.2019 G. The contract price includes all taxes (incl. VAT, if the supplier is a VAT payer), fees and other obligatory payments, as well as the cost of delivery to the customer's warehouse and other expenses of the supplier, necessary for the delivery of the goods of the proper quality.

1. The supplier guarantees to the customer that the goods delivered under the contract are new (the goods which were not used, were not repaired, including restoration, replacement of constituent parts, restoration of consumer properties), previously Not used, is free from any claims of third parties, is not under prohibition (arrest), in pledge.
The goods are delivered in a package suitable for this type of goods, ensuring the safety of the goods during transportation, loading and unloading works and storage. Packaging of goods is not refundable to the supplier.

4. The participant's offer must be valid within 30 calendar days from the date of expiry of the request for proposals.
