Ltd. "Industry" asks you to consider the possibility of a commercial offer to perform work on the design, supply, installation, commissioning of the alarm system.
Detailed on the draft requirements are reflected in the Technical Reference (№ Appendix 1 hereto).
If you are interested in carrying out these works, please submit your quotation in form is required - Card-proposal (Appendix № 2 to this letter).

Together with CP dlch internal verification of the counterparty, please send the next set of constituent documents:
a) the statute (in the latest version with all the changes and additions);
b) certificate of state registration (on assignment BIN);
c) a certificate of tax registration;
d) decision of the authorized body of the legal entity of the appointment of the executive body;
d) if necessary - on the face of the power of attorney of the signatory;
e) the letter of the Federal State Statistics Service of the assignment of codes;
g) an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
h) accounting (financial) statements for the last fiscal year, or the last reporting period if the counterparty is an intermediate accounting (financial) statements, accompanied by proof of sending reports to the tax office;
i) bank certificate about the flow of funds over the past 3 months (may be sent directly to the counterparty in the Security Division);
a) a copy of the passport of the head of the counterparty or of the person entitled to sign documents on the transaction, is supposed to be concluded;
l) Consent to personal data processing
In the case of subcontractors, it is necessary to provide the same set of constituent documents.

This request for proposals is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code;
This procedure also is not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
