1. In addition to filling out the tabular form on the E-Marketplace, the submission of a scanned Technical and Commercial Proposal (tender offer) on letterhead is mandatory with prices, delivery dates and payment form, as well as the provision of a draft Technical Agreement.

2. Bids will be considered only from accredited suppliers on the B2B platform and only those posted on the E-Marketplaces.

4. In accordance with the Regulations of the B2B-Center Platform System (Section II, Chapter 8, clause 8.10(1)): The Bidder who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals becomes the winner of the request for proposals.

5. If an equivalent/replacement is proposed, it is absolutely necessary to register it in the "Supplier's Name", because if this information is not contained in the tender, then we have no right to add it to the competition list and in the future to the appendix.

6. In case of winning the competition, an EDI Agreement is concluded with the Bidder.
