Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the new Goods received in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods within 20 (thirty) banking days from the date of signing the consignment note/consignment note or other document confirming acceptance of the Goods, provided there are no claims on the quality, quantity, completeness, configuration of the delivered Goods and provided that the Buyer receives the proper the invoice, the original contract, the specification and the originals of shipping documents issued in the name of the Buyer. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods shall be made within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer of all the above documents.
Delivery terms:Delivery within 90 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. On the terms of DDP P. V.Kuranakh (Aldan district, RS(Ya)). (The Supplier delivers the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the place of delivery of the goods at his own expense. The shipping cost is included in the price of the Product). Shipment of TC PEC, RATEK, KIT is not allowed.
