Payment terms:The post-payment is 75 days.
Mandatory wording in the Contract:
"After the provision of services on the first payment day after 75 days from the date of signing the act of rendering services.
Payment days are the 4,14,24 day of each month.
If the payment deadline falls on a non-working and/or public holiday, then payment is made on the next business day after it. In this case, the period until the next payment day is not a period of late payment."

Comments:
It is mandatory to attach to the procedure a Technical and Commercial Proposal (technical and commercial proposal) and a completed Questionnaire (Excel)

The Technical and Commercial Proposal must contain:
• Stages of work and their cost for each stage
• The stages should be described in as much detail as possible
• The cost must be with/without VAT
• Terms of payment
• Date and period of validity of the Technical and Commercial Proposal
• The Technical and Commercial Proposal must be signed by an authorized person
• Technical and Commercial Proposal format: ".pdf" + excel/word (optional)

SLPC JSC reserves the right to change the collection period of the Technical and Commercial Proposals, cancel the collection of the Technical and Commercial Proposals, refuse all offers, while applicants are not entitled to claim compensation for direct or indirect damages.
The decision on the choice of a counterparty for this request, or on the rejection of all received bids will be made after consideration of the submitted proposals.
Expenses related to the preparation and submission of Technical and Commercial Proposals are not reimbursable.
This message is not an announcement of the Competitive bidding process, and therefore, the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation are not applicable.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
