Payment terms:Advance payment is not more than 20% and must be secured by a bank guarantee issued at a bank approved by the Customer or deferred payments for at least 90 calendar days from the date of the obligation to pay. The contractor may provide one or more guarantees received from different banks. The terms of the guarantee must fully comply with the law, be unconditional and irrevocable. The text of the bank guarantee is agreed with the Customer, including the amount, term and other key conditions.
• 100% post-payment with a deferred payment of 90 calendar days or more from the date of signing the act of work performed / act of services rendered / act of commissioning or delivery date in accordance with the terms of the contract. The payment terms with the highest deferred payment are considered to be of higher priority.
• an advance payment of no more than 20% of the contract amount with a delay of at least 10 calendar days from the date of issuing a bank guarantee and/or invoice, and/ or other document of the basis for payment. The advance payment date should be as close as possible to the post-payment date;
• post-payment of the remaining amount under the agreement with a deferred payment of at least 90 calendar days upon the fulfillment of the supplier's obligations under the agreement.
