The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Proposals of the participants are being considered
If the participant requires an advance payment, the participant undertakes
to provide a Bank guarantee of the participant's bank for the entire amount of the advance
payment. Information about the willingness to provide a bank guarantee
