Payment terms:100% of the price of the Goods, Works, Services is payable within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of delivery to the Buyer / fulfillment of Works, Services (from the date of signing of acts of work / services).
In order to ensure the proper fulfillment by the parties of payment and related obligations under master contracts, as well as to carry out settlement transactions under contracts as soon as possible and with minimal transaction costs, as well as to minimize the risk of late payments, non-payments and / or loss of funds of the parties, in including due to possible unreliability or insolvency of correspondent banks, all payments and settlements of the parties under the agreements must be made through the bank accounts of the parties opened with MTS Bank. (The conditions for opening an account with MTS Bank PJSC are attached).
The Participant has the right to indicate in his Proposal a different bank (in addition to MTS-Bank PJSC) for payments and settlements under contracts, but, in case of equal conditions, preference is given to participants who have an account with MTS Bank PJSC.
