Comments:
1. The organizer of the purchase reserves the right NOT to consider the applications of the participants, received later than the deadline for the completion of the procedure, as well as NOT meeting the requirements of the procurement documentation in terms of form and composition.
2. Based on the results of the procurement procedure, the winner will be offered to conclude an agreement on the terms on which the participant in the procurement procedure was recognized as the winner (in accordance with the draft agreement of the Customer, which is part of the procurement documentation, and the protocol of possible disagreements of the Contractor).
3. The contract is concluded on behalf of the Customer specified in this Notice.
4. In the event of disagreements on the form and content of the contract, or delays in signing the contract on the part of the Winner, and, as a result, the absence of a signed contract on the part of the Winner of the procedure within 10 working days from the date of notification from the Procurement Organizer about its recognition as the Winner, the Procurement Organizer has the right revise the results of the procurement procedure.
5. This procurement procedure is NOT a tender, the Procurement Notice / Notice is NOT a public offer of the Customer. The customer / procurement organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who took part in the procurement procedure.
6. The composition of the Participant's application must necessarily correspond to the list of documents specified in the "Composition of the Participant's Application" section of this Notice.
7. A commercial offer must necessarily have the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the company (without the signature and seal of the commercial proposal is not considered).
8. The files sent as part of the Participant's application must have the appropriate names - "Application for participation", "Commercial offer", "Statutory documents" and so on
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
