Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 60 calendar days (basic conditions) from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD/Act and invoice (basic conditions). The Bidder at the tender can offer a discount for reducing the deferral of payment to 30 calendar days. Lots No. 3, No. 4, No. 5 are supported by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). If the difference between the best offer and the offer of the SME entity is not more than 10%, then the SME entity is determined as the winner
