13. Performer Requirement:
13.1. Repair of the 1st Section Furnace No.3 (Achesonaa) of Section 8 of the TSE, with the design position and reinforcement of the SCP and UPPs. — from Customer material
13.2. Working in an operating enterprise. The operation of the enterprise is 24/7.

13.5. The contractor must have the necessary production and human skills

13.10. Performed works of poor quality must be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over

13.11. Employed workers are placed for this work by the Contractor.
The customer, if available, may place workers on the Contractual

13.12. Development and approval of line schedules for furnace repair.
13.13. Contractor Manager is obliged prior to commencement of work under contract
submit an appeal (in two copies) containing a roll - call list of personnel,
which is intended to carry out the work under the contract. To the referenced
copies of civil passports and employment contracts (or contracts) must be attached

personal protective equipment includes: disposable medical masks, respirators,
reusable masks made of woven materials. Personal Protective Equipment
should cover both nose and mouth.
In case of violations of the "mask regime" of workers
Contractor/Subcontractor on Customer's premises, Contractor/Subcontractor is liable to pay
The customer is fined 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) rubles for each case detected
on the basis of the Act on the Violation of the "Maso Regime", drawn up by the Commissioner
Customer's face. The penalty shall be paid on the invoice within 5 days from
at the time of receipt, or by withholding money from the amount to be paid to the Contractor for the work performed.
14. Payment Terms: Monthly, within 30 (thirty) bank days after delivery
as long as the work is done properly and within the agreed time frame. Work shall be deemed to have been completed after the Parties have signed the Work Acceptance Act (Form COP2) and the Certificate of Value and Costs (Form COP3).
15. Work dates: 10.11.2021 — 30.11.2021 (20 working days). The commencement of work is agreed with the Customer in addition.
16. Warranty for work performed: 24 months from completion of the work, for each of the facilities under repair.
17. The equipment is transferred for repair and reception in accordance with EPM-NEZ JSC's approved REGULATIONS.
18. The furnace is repaired in an operating workshop. The repair schedule is agreed with the workshop (CGE) and the plant services (UM, EE).

Prior to the work permit, the Contractor is obliged to provide
The customer has the following documents:
1. copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
2. copies of documents confirming the contracting organization's service
occupational health and/or occupational health officer (appointment order
contracting organization, occupational safety certification) or
contracts with an accredited organization in the area of occupational safety services;
3. a copy of the occupational health briefing from the Instructions Journal
4. ERP or PPR or RTI;
5. a copy of the workers' certification report on occupational safety;
6. copies of ITR certification certificates for occupational safety and general requirements
industrial safety. When performing gas work, on receptacles operating
pressurized, using GPM, electrical installations, fire
7. copies of certificates for each type of work;
8. medical clearance of staff;
9. copies of the certificates of electric gas welders, slingers, crane operators,

Contractor shall notify the Customer in writing of all specified conditions

of this paragraph, the Contractor entitles the Customer to prevent Contractor from
work, overdue work in such a case is the fault

14. Note:
- Delivery of material from EPM-NEZ JSC warehouses to the place of work, removal of garbage (non-slathered refractory bricks, graphite, scrap metal, etc.) to storage sites located at EPM-NEZ JSC is carried out by the Contractor's transport.
- Garbage collection of all categories, to industrial waste reception sites located outside EPM-NEZ JSC (garbage collection from 7 km to 30 km.) is carried out by transport provided by the Customer, upon the Contractor's prior request.
- Disposal costs for all categories of waste, industrial waste disposal sites,
located outside EPM-NEZ JSC is at the Client's expense.
- Bridge cranes for furnace operations are provided by Customer, bridge machinist
the crane is provided by the Contractor.
- Work in a working shop. It is forbidden to carry out repairs on the stove if near
the standing oven is in company (the process of graphitation of the blanks) plus eight hours after
end of the company next to the standing furnace.
