The repair includes:
- defective components and assemblies
- manufacture of the rotor top cover
- manufacture of 4 segment-type ripples, replacement with the installation of new bearings
- repair of the mechanism of movement of the counter knife
- revision of electric motors
- revision of gearboxes
- restoration of the rotor thread
- replacement of rotor bearings
- restoration of the bolted connection of the rear counter knife
- restoration of protective covers
- stripping of LPC and painting in RAL 5015
- restoration of the hydraulic system
- balancing of the rotor, rotor pulley
- restoration of the rubber coating of the drive shaft of the belt
- trial tests on the contractor's territory
