Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Payment terms:Preferred payment terms: Payment under the Contract is made by the Customer to the Contractor's settlement account within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of a Certificate of the cost of completed works and costs in form no. KS-3, an Act of acceptance of completed works in form no. KS-2, based on the invoice issued by the Contractor.
Warranty deductions: 10% shall be paid by the Customer in full to the Contractor within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the Works by the Customer in full and signing by the Parties of the relevant Final Act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the requirements of the Customer's Terms of Reference.
