Payment terms:Settlements between the Parties to the Agreement shall be made in Russian Rubles within 30
calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the consignment notes for the delivered goods.
Equipment, based on the Company's invoices, which are transferred to the Customer at the same time as the
waybills.
If the cost of the Equipment is expressed in a currency other than Russian rubles in the Specification, the cost must be converted into Russian rubles at the exchange rate of the Russian ruble to
another currency on the payment date set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:The delivery time of the equipment is no later than 10 weeks from the date of signing the contract.
The cost of the Equipment should include delivery in Moscow and Moscow region.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
