Payment terms:
Prepayment under the Agreement is not provided, settlements between the Parties to the Agreement are made in Russian rubles within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Act of services rendered/work performed.
Delivery terms:
(all services are performed at night).The list of the Customer's facilities in Russia for which services are required is given in Appendix No. TZ1 with the possibility of placing additional facilities according to Specifications under the terms of the Contract. In order to calculate the Price List for services, the following regional designations are used:
• Moscow Region "Moscow city": Moscow and Moscow region
• Region Central "Central". Cities: Yaroslavl, Voronezh, Belgorod, Bryansk, Stary Oskol, Tula, Orel, Smolensk, Kaluga, Lipetsk, Ivanovo, Tambov, etc.
• North-West region "Nort West". Cities: St. Petersburg, Vologda, Pskov, Vyborg, Murmansk, etc.
• Volga region "Volga". Cities: Volgograd, Volzhsky, N.Novgorod, Penza, Saratov, Engels, Syzran, etc.
• The North Caucasus region “Northern Caucasus". Cities: Stavropol, Volgodonsk, etc.
• The region of Siberia "Siberia". Cities: Barnaul, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Krasnoyarsk, etc.
• Far East region "Far East" . Cities: Khabarovsk, Vladivostok, etc.
Dates of work: March – September 2026 (dates may be extended if there are objective reasons).
