1. Settlements between the Parties to the Agreement shall be made in Russian Rubles within 30 calendar days from the date the Customer signs the waybills or UPD for the delivered Goods, based on the Contractor's invoices, which are transferred to the Customer simultaneously with the waybills.
2. Payment Of Works/Services, if provided by the Contract, shall be performed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of Completed Works or UPD (monthly).
3. Payment for the right to use the Software, if provided for by a separate license agreement, shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of Transfer of the Right or UPD.
Delivery terms:The company will provide a sample of the device for testing to the Customer for up to two calendar months.
Delivery of the batch can be carried out to the Customer's warehouse in the Moscow region or Moscow. The Company undertakes to carry out loading, delivery and unloading of Goods at its own expense, on its own and with its own transport. The cost of delivery of Goods in Moscow and the Moscow region is borne by the Company (included in the cost of devices).
