Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Preference will be given to Bidders with a deferred
payment of 30 days from the date of full delivery to the Consignee's warehouse
If the Bidder requires an advance payment, the Bidder undertakes
to provide a Bank Guarantee of the Bidder's bank for the entire amount of the advance
payment. Information about the readiness to provide a bank guarantee
must be indicated in the bid form, in clause8 of the Payment Terms.
