Payment terms:
Payments for products are carried out by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account for products received and accepted by the Buyer within 60 calendar days from the date of invoice issuing.
Delivery terms:
A one-time purchase, the presence of a quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the goods upon receipt at the warehouse. Upon shipment of the goods, the Buyer's mandatory notification with the provision of copies: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier.
