SMR. Restoration work on drainage and repair of building capitals. Moscow.

Условия оплаты:	Payment for the work performed shall be made by the Customer within 30 (Thirty) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the work, minus the Warranty deduction. It is possible to actually close the volumes once a month. The customer, when paying for the completed Construction and Installation works, deducts 10% (Ten percent) of the amount of each payment. The refund of the Guarantee Deduction is made in the following order: - 5% (five percent) is paid upon completion of the work no later than 2 (two) calendar months after the commissioning of the Facility and invoicing. - 5% (five percent) is paid in equal installments (2.5% of the Contract Price) at the end of the first and second year from the date of completion of the construction of the Facility. Due to the fact that payments at the Customer's enterprise are made by bank transfers once a week, the payment period specified above may be extended, but not more than 7 (seven) calendar days.
