Comments:
After the end of accepting applications, the Procurement Participants, upon request, defend (justify) A commercial offer and a presentation with an approach to the implementation of the Project at a meeting with the Customer. Presentation format: in person at the organizer's Address or online in the format of a 30-minute meeting.
The winner of the request for proposals is the Participant who submitted the Application, which:
-meets all the requirements set out in this Notice and the Terms of Reference;
-the one who scored the highest number of points in accordance with the attached List of criteria;
- which specifies the most favorable terms of the contract and the lowest price.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
