3 Goods are accepted for delivery after providing samples for approval and after passing production tests at JSC "Cordiant".

. 4 Delivery contracts are concluded with the winner to the address of individual branches of JSC Cordiant. If the supplier participates in the competitive bidding process, it means that if it is declared the winner, it agrees to conclude a supply contract and a storage contract in the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the bid for Call for Bidding.
5 When choosing a winner, preference will be given to Bidders who have offered the entire range at lower prices. The Customer reserves the right to divide the Call for Bidding into lots between the Bidders
6 All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
7 The price remains fixed for each of the items and does not depend on the size. All products must strictly comply with the stated GOST standards and delivered in accordance with the terms of the contract
8 The term of the offer is for the period of validity of the supply contract until
the 2nd quarter of 2024 (inclusive).
9 The Bidder must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement System at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a Bidder of the System.
10 This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the Call for Bidding at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting bids, without imposing liability.
