Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:90 (Ninety) % of the price of the Goods shall be payable within 30 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer at the place of delivery, provided that by the date of delivery of the goods the Supplier has provided the Buyer with an invoice for payment, the originals of the consignment note and invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods shall be made within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer of all the above documents.
10 (Ten)% of the price of the goods within 30 working days from the date of signing the certificates, completed installation and commissioning works, but not more than 60 working days from the date of delivery.
100% payment for services within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out on DDP terms, by forces and at the expense of the Supplier. The products must be new, not used. The packaging of the Goods must ensure the complete safety of the Goods during transportation by all means of transport, including transshipment.
