The proposed materials must comply with the Terms of Reference attached to the bid documentation, and it is also necessary to take care of the availability between the Supplier and Ural Steel JSC before summarizing the results of the request for proposals of the conclusion of the Customs Union for the proposed products.

In case of a positive conclusion based on the test results of pilot batches, companies may submit proposals for the supply of pilot batches in future tender procedures.

1. In addition to filling out the tabular form on the E-Marketplace, the submission of a scanned Technical and Commercial Proposal (tender offer) on letterhead (in Russian) is MANDATORY, broken down by materials, prices, delivery dates and form of payment.

2. Bids will be considered only from accredited suppliers on the B2B platform and only those posted on the E-Marketplaces.

In accordance with the B2B-Center Platform System Regulations (Section II, Chapter 8, clause 8.10(1)): The Bidder who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals becomes the winner of the request for proposals.

5. If the company offers an equivalent/replacement, it is absolutely necessary to register this in the "Supplier's Name", because if this information is not contained in the tender, then we have no right to add it to the competition list and in the future to the appendix.

6. In case of winning the competition, an EDI Agreement is concluded with the Bidder.
