Payment terms:
Payment for the work performed by the Contractor shall be made by the Customer within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Acceptance Certificates of the work performed (form KS-2) and a Certificate of the cost of the work performed and costs (form KS-3), as well as an invoice duly issued in the amount of 90% of the cost, specified in the KS-3 form and invoice, but not earlier than January 2028. The remaining 10% of the cost of monthly performance specified in the Acceptance Certificates of Completed Works signed by the Parties (form KS-2) and Certificates of the cost of completed works and Costs (form KS-3) are paid to the Contractor within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction, reconstruction, modernization of the acceptance by the Commission, but not earlier than January 2028.
Delivery terms:
Development, coordination and approval of the PPR – 10 days before the SMR; SMR,
engineering, NDP with the provision of work with the necessary materials and
equipment: June 01, 2027 – November 30, 2027;
Preparation of executive documentation and commissioning of the facility –
within 10 days after the end of the SMR;
Commissioning of the facility no later than December 15, 2027.
