Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total value of the corresponding batch of Goods within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and the provision of an invoice
Delivery terms:By delivery to the Buyer's warehouse located at the specified details. The delivery date is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire batch of goods to the Buyer in the Buyer's warehouse. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the Far North regions to the Buyer's Facility, the packaging of Goods arriving in containers must ensure the safety of the Goods during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The packaging of the Goods must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.
