Payment terms:
Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 60 calendar days (basic conditions) from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD/Act and invoice. The Bidder at the tender can offer a discount for reducing the deferral of payment to 30 calendar days.
For this Call for Bidding, there is support for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). If the difference between the best offer and the offer of the SME entity is not more than 10%, then the SME entity is determined as the winner
