When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:The Customer pays monthly for the Contractor's services for the Work performed by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of issuance of the UPD, based on the original UPD. Payments are made on strictly fixed payment days - Tuesday, Thursday. If the payment deadline falls on a non-payment day, payment is made on the next payment day, and penalties for late payment are not applied. The form of payment is a bank transfer by payment order. The Customer's payment obligations are considered fulfilled when funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
Delivery terms:The beginning of the provision of services - 15.12.2026.
The end of the provision of services is 12/31/2029.
