Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 7-60 calendar days (basic conditions) from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD/Act and invoice (basic conditions). The preferred payment term is 60 calendar days (basic conditions).
For this Call for Bidding, there is support for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). If the difference between the best offer and the offer of the SME entity is not more than 10%, then the SME entity is determined as the winner
Delivery terms:From the date of conclusion of the agreement (no later than 09/14/2026) to 10/13/2027
