Auto-extension with settings
If within the last 30 minutes before bid submission deadline the best offer changes, bid submission deadline in the call for bids will be automatically extended by 30 minutes from the time when the latest bid was submitted.

Payment terms:The customer transfers the payment for each completed stage of the work within up to 30 (Thirty) working days after the parties sign the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the completed work.

Due to the internal regulations of bank transfers (payments are posted weekly), it is allowed to delay the transfer of funds for up to 7 (seven) calendar days beyond the established deadline. Such a delay does not constitute a breach of contractual obligations on the part of the Customer.
