Industry LLC asks you to consider offering a commercial offer for the supply of TMC.

To participate in the procurement procedure, please review the procurement documents and submit the following information:
1. Quote completed on Appendix 1 form in Excel format
Please pay attention to the instructions for filling out the KP form.
2. Copies of documents confirming TMC's compliance with the requirements set out in the procurement documents;
3. Copies of documents in accordance with Annex 3.

TMC is accepted at the Buyer's warehouse.
The product must be new, not used.
Analogues are not considered.

If you have any questions about this procurement procedure, please submit all questions in a single letter by no later than September 29, 2021.

This request for proposal procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this solicitation procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Customer.
